Cancellation Policy

You must fill out/sign all attached forms before booking your appointment. All services are done by appointment only. You must add a valid card on file to secure your appointment with your deposit. Eternal Beauty Studio LLC has a NO REFUND policy. Deposits are non-refundable, unless you cancel in the time frame listed in the cancellation policy. Clients who make a charge back with the bank, will not be accepted to book again- Eternal Beauty Studio will dispute the charge back with the acknowledgement form the client signed when they booked the appointment. Due to limited appointment availability, I request that you cancel with adequate notice. Cancelling your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result in forfeit of your deposit. A new deposit will be needed in order to book your next service. Accommodating late guest may be difficult due to subsequent appointments. There is a 10 minute grace period for all facial appointments. Exceeding the 10 minute grace period will result in forfeit of your deposit. If you do not show up to your appointment you will lose your deposit and be charged 100% of your service. Please attend your appointment alone unless you are a minor being accompanied by a parent or guardian. You may reschedule your appointment with no charge once as long as its at least 24 hours in advance. In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment a second time there will be a fee of $25. By booking an appointment on the Eternal Beauty Studio site you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the policies and have filled out all intake and other attached forms.
